Using LingoNova
By creating an account or using LingoNova, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of the websites and content owners you access.
Your content and third-party websites
You may submit text, files, images, subtitles, and links for your own learning. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use that content. LingoNova does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, bypass access controls, or otherwise use third-party content beyond what law and the relevant service permit.
Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
LingoNova offers Free and Premium plans. Premium may include a time-limited trial, which is available only where shown during checkout and subject to the applicable checkout terms. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Payments, trials, invoices, and cancellations are managed through Stripe's secure customer portal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Subscription section in LingoNova Settings. Cancelling stops future renewal; access remains available for the paid period unless stated otherwise during checkout.
AI-generated output
Translations, definitions, OCR, pronunciation aids, and other language output may be generated automatically and can contain errors. Use them as learning assistance, not as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice. Please verify important information independently.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse LingoNova, attempt to bypass limits or security controls, interfere with the service, submit harmful or unlawful material, or use the service to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect LingoNova, users, or third parties.
Availability and liability
LingoNova is provided on an "as available" basis. Features can depend on browser capabilities, third-party sites, providers, and network availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LingoNova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
