Delete your account

You can request deletion of your LingoNova account, lessons, saved vocabulary, folders, preferences, and associated personal information.

Before you request deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it first in LingoNova Settings under Subscription. Deleting your LingoNova account does not by itself cancel a Stripe subscription.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the address associated with your LingoNova account.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my LingoNova account.
  3. Include the account email and confirm that you want the account and learning data deleted.

What happens next

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize account data that we no longer need. Limited information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping.
